The Residence Vive La Vie Guesthouse was created and decorated with everyone in mind. It is located on the outskirts of the village, 15 minutes' walk from the centre, and offers a respite from the activity of the main road. A fantastic stay!
My husband and I had a fantastic stay! The breakfast was amazing, and the service was impeccable. We were the only couple staying over that weekend, but we were given the full treatment with a few little extras to make our stay. The ladies in the kitchen are the sweetest. A Bit of History
Bertil and Ingrid Postema, the owners of Residence Vive La Vie, have travelled to South Africa, specifically to the Franschhoek Wine Valley. Both the village and Residence Vive La Vie Guesthouse have captured their hearts. They became the proud owners of Residence Vive La Vie in September 2019 after making an offer to buy the stunning property in late 2018, the same year they had their first stay at the guesthouse.
Rooms and Accommodation
You can choose from five exquisitely decorated bedrooms at Residence Vive La Vie. We have three spacious and elegant King suites, and two smaller Queen suites with windows and glass doors let in natural light. Each space is different, but the colour scheme employs distinctive and well-balanced shades. Each unit has an en-suite bathroom all suites have showers exclusively.

Sit on the front patio, relax by the pool, and take in the views of the surrounding mountains while you are staying at the house. Savour a delicious breakfast in our dining area every morning.

Located right here at Residence Vive La Vie, it is a luxury travelling spa that offers spa services to its patrons in the tranquilly and comfort of their surroundings.
