Full Booking Terms and Conditions

Included in the rate:

• Breakfast each morning in the dining room from 08:00 – 10:00 (No Halaal Catering), Should you have any dietary requirements - Gluten Free Breakfast / Lactose Intolerance Breakfast please let us know we can source this for you at an additional cost of R120.00 per day.
• 10% Discount Voucher from Holden Manz Wine Estate to be used during your stay only.
• Use the swimming pool at your own risk during the summer.

Free parking at the guesthouse - Suite 1 /2 and 3 has on-site parking / Suites 4 & 5 have street parking.

House Rules

Check-in is from 14:00 – 19:00 (Summer) and 14:00 - 18:00 (Winter) each day – if you require a later check-in, please let us know.
Check-out on the day of departure is at 11:00

Late check-outs will be charged as follows:
11:00 – 13:00 – 20% daily rate
11:00 – 15:00 – 50% of the daily rate
After 15:00 – A full night’s stay

After 19:00 (Summer) and 18:00 (Winter), the Main House is closed, but the manager is on call.
No pets are allowed, and the guest's houses are non-smoking.
Rates and conditions are subject to change without notice.
Rates may differ during high peak times like festivals and long weekends. Any other terms and conditions which apply to bookings.

Deposit Policy

• 100% Payment due if bookings are made within 14 days of arrival.
• 50% Deposit on all bookings when making the reservation.
• Remainder is to be settled 14 days before arrival.

Cancellation policy – If you booked a certain rate, please note the different cancellation policies associated with the rate.

21-Day Cancellation (Rate Booked)

1. “No Shows” will be charged a 100% fee for the entire stay

2. Cancellations 0 – 21 days before arrival will be charged a 100% cancellation fee for the entire stay.

3. Cancellations 22 – 31 days or more before arrival may cancel the stay, all refunds will have a 5% handling and administration fee.

Non-Refundable (Rate Booked)

1. “No Shows” or cancellations will be charged a 100% fee for the entire stay.
