• Rates are in ZAR & include 15% VAT.
• Room rate is based on 2 persons sharing per night, unless staying in one of the Self-Catering Houses, which accommodates 6 guests.
• Breakfast from 08:00 until 10:00 for Residence & La Ferme Vive La Vie Guests only.
• Use of swimming pools at own risk.
• Parking at own risk on and off premises.
• After 19:00 the Manor House at Residence & La Ferme Vive la Vie is closed, but manager is on call.
• No pets allowed and the guests house / cottage is non-smoking.
• Rates and conditions are subject to change without notice.
• Rates may differ on high peak times like festivals and long weekends.
• Any other terms and conditions which apply to bookings.

Booking & Cancellation policy

• 30 days or more before booking - The guest will be charged a deposit of 60% of the total price after reservation.
• The guest will be charged 60% of the total price if they cancel after reservation. If the guest doesn’t show up they will be charged the total price.
• 30 days or less before booking - Prepayment -The guest will be charged a 100% of the total price after reservation.
• The guest will be charged 100% of the total price if they cancel after reservation.
• If the guest doesn’t show up they will be charged the total price. In the event of premature departure, the full extend of the stay as originally booked and confirmed, will be charged.
